Program Description:

Study Abroad in Madrid

Choose business and liberal arts courses that align with your academic and personal interests or boost your language skills by enrolling an optional Spanish language course at the appropriate level of ability, from beginner to advanced. Courses are taught at the CEA CAPA Madrid Center and/or Universidad Antonio de Nebrija. An early-start option (available to semester students) helps you improve your Spanish language skills before the semester starts. In the summer, choose electives from a range of topics that enhance your experience living and learning in Spain's capital.

Where You'll Study

The CEA CAPA Madrid Center’s courses that are designed to increase your understanding of the diverse history, politics, and culture of Spain. Faculty uses the city as an extended classroom, allowing you to not only acquire discipline-specific knowledge, but also create intellectual links between your courses and the city.
Known for its focus on Spanish language learning, Universidad Antonio de Nebrija also offers a wide range of courses, taught in Spanish and English, on its centrally located Madrid campus. This small, private university hosts hundreds of international students each year. Students receive a transcript from CEA CAPA's school of record, and Universidad Antonio de Nebrija upon completing the program.
